Award-winning raw honey, straight from the hive. Our honey is cold-filtered. Our honey has a very unique flavour profile of light citrus. Our hives our situated in the countryside overlooking the valley of High Spen,  surrounded by farms and Chopwell woods. The great taste judges describe our honey as having  “distinct aroma lifting from the jar and we found that gentle nature followed through on the palate with floral notes alongside the citrus. Mild, even simple, yet rather good in its own right.” Another judge described our honey as ” a gentle amber colour and a pleasant aroma. The flavour of flowers and citrus notes merge instantly on the palate b but overall effect is not too sweet and is enjoyed by the judges.” (2025, Great Taste award).
